
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER?
The Community Housing Risk Scheme was designed by Community Housing providers for the industry.
As an industry solution, the Scheme is open to registered Community Housing providers or an organisation having a direct involvement with community housing.
HOW TO JOIN?
If you’re interested in joining the Scheme, we are available to discuss the process and identify the benefits of a membership.
Potential Members will undertake a Scheme Ready application process which involves an actuarial and risk management assessment of your program. The Scheme Manager will identify your current performance, the risk profile of your assets, possible opportunity and the available benefits of the Scheme for you.
Members will need to provide the Scheme with similar information to what is provided to insurers.
The Scheme is underpinned by each Member’s commitment to the Scheme’s success and the Scheme Manager will discuss this with you prior to submitting an application.
